Terms for brands
Ordering and process
How a recipe is submitted, what we confirm, when work starts and what you get at the end.
Price and payment
A final price, excluding VAT. It includes the Blender's fee and the project's usage rights.
Revisions
Two revisions per video on Ready-to-Post.
Usage rights
Rights are agreed for each project separately.
Cancellation and termination
When an order can be cancelled, and what is owed once filming has started.
No going around the platform
Blenders you meet through Smoothie are engaged through Smoothie. That protection works both ways.
Liability
The limits of our liability, and what stays the brand's responsibility — approvals, licences and product claims.
Governing law
Bulgarian law, with the competent court in Bulgaria.
Terms for Blenders
Independent contractor status
A Blender is not an employee of Smoothie or of the brand. You work for yourself, job by job.
A contract for every job
A civil contract (граждански договор) per job, or an invoice if you are self-insured.
What you deliver, and by when
Files, format and deadline — as set out in the project's recipe.
Transfer of rights
Rights in the video pass to Smoothie and the brand within the scope of that project.
Image rights
Consent to use your image and voice — within the project's scope and term.
Payment
Within 7 days of the client's approval.
Exclusivity
Only when separately agreed, for a specific project.
How much work to expect
No guarantee of ongoing work beyond the promise of a first paid job within 30 days of acceptance.
